NEU4J_WomanHow YOU Can Get Involved:

Becoming a member of the organization is the first step to creating change in your neighborhood.  Our membership allows you to have a voice and a vote on the issues we address in our city and state.

  • Your Voice Matters

  • Your Vote Counts

  • Your Involvement Makes A Difference

NEU4J Members have created various member committees to allow everyone to get involved in various parts of the work we do.  Committees are set up to strengthen member participation, involvement and ownership and our committees are tied to issue campaigns we are a part of and play a role in.  Our committees are listed below:

€       Legislative and Coalition Committee

€       Turnout and Block Captain Committee

€       Communication Committee

€       Fundraising Committee

Community members are the leading decision makers on our issue campaigns, partnerships and vote on how we operate as a community organization in low income neighborhoods.  Not only do our members make decisions around our work and mission but members also reap the benefits of our trainings and educational workshops, so that leaders in our neighborhoods have the tools and know how around strategic planning and development that leads to successful issue campaigns in our communities.
