What We Are All About
New England United 4 Justice is a non-profit membership-based organization that represents low and moderate income families who want to promote social justice and become more involved in improving their neighborhood, city and state. We are a multi-issue organization that focuses on issues that are elected by our members who carry the voice and determine the direction of the organization. The organization also seeks to educate the general public about social justice issues and about the needs of the poor and middle class families in our communities.
Working like a union of community people, our members are able to address small and large issues that families care about that affect the quality of everyday life for the people in our city and state. Our communities deserve a voice in the very system that influences the conditions and policies over our schools, housing needs, work place and neighborhoods.
We believe in bringing people together that share a vision for change in our communities and who believe in the right to organize and share information and ideas that provide a non-partisan public forum for discussion. We are a direct action based organization that uses the power of people and education to influence policy changes that affect low to moderate income neighborhoods. No issue is too big or too small to address as long as a community is organized and together carries out a common goal and vision.

Board Members
Meet NEU4J's Community Board
Board members are elected from our membership because of their passion and commitment to social and economic justice in Boston. Members of our board come from the neighborhoods we organize in and as dues paying members of NEU4J, they vote on the direction we take as an organization. Important decisions are placed on our board such as deciding and moving issue campaign areas, partnerships and the financial health of the organization.
